Streamlined Patient Experience
At Cottage Urgent Care, our goal is to create a streamlined experience for our patients. The Cottage Urgent Care Centers are filling an important need for communities to quickly access care during extended hours and holidays.
Urgent Care Team
Our nurse practitioners are required to have earned a master’s or doctoral degree in nursing and be nationally board certified. They serve as medical providers who treat, diagnose, prescribe, and perform or assist in specified surgical procedures.
The Clinical Concierge team member is the guide for the patient throughout their Urgent Care journey. The clinical concierge serves as a companion to patients through the entire experience to ensure clinical excellence, reduce treatment times and maximize the patient experience before, during and after each patient’s visit. This position is a vital part of the patient care team in the clinical setting and is knowledgeable in a breadth of areas from patient registration to assisting providers in minor urgent care procedures.
Additional benefits for clinical concierges include:
- Comprehensive training on all components of the clinical concierge role
- Bi-annual skills days lead by the director of Clinical Education for Cottage Urgent Care
- A lead clinical concierge infrastructure to help maintain ongoing clinical excellence
- Routine Virtual Forums with the medical directors and administrative leadership
