Our culture recognizes and respects employee contributions each day and we also pay tribute to our employees through our Everyday Heroes program. In addition, we recognize and honor length of service to Cottage Health through service anniversary events.

Our goal is to recognize peers and colleagues throughout their careers—from sending an e-card online to nominating a colleague who exemplifies the core values at Cottage Health for an Everyday Hero award. Peers, managers and even patients can nominate employees who deserve special recognition.
